Our Approach
I've always been passionate about helping people feel their absolute best. Growing up as a competitive athlete, I experienced first hand how important injury prevention, recovery, and proper body awareness are. That experience shaped not only my interest in the human body, but also my desire to support others in a meaningful and lasting way.
My approach to care is both intuitive and holistic. I don't just focus on where the pain is showing up—I listen to what the body is communicating as a whole. Every person is different, and I believe the body has its own story to tell. By tuning into subtle patterns, restrictions, and imbalances, I'm able to work with the body rather than against it.
This is what drew me to Manual Osteopathy, it focuses on finding and addressing the root cause of dysfunction, supporting the body's natural ability to heal and regulate itself.
